yard signs, parade entry fees and much more. |

Public Subsidy |

Agreement to abide by campaign spending limits. |
| |

I need your help! |
| |
Minnesota's Political Contribution Refund(PCR)
program allows you |
| |
to receive a full reimbursement, up to $50 per
person or $100 per |
| |
married couple within 1-2 months after your
contribution. You simply |
| |
need to be a U.S. Citizen, a registered voter,
and over 18 years of age |
| |
having lived in Minnesota for at least 20 days. |
| |

| |
1.) Make a check payable to: Jon D. Knutson
Volunteer Committee |
| |
2.) Mail the check to: 7800 113 1/2 Ave N,
Champlin, MN 55316 |
| |
3.) Once the campaign registers the donation
you will be mailed a |
| |
short form to
fill out along with a receipt from the campaign. |
| |
4.) Mail the form to the Minnesota Department
of Revenue. |
| |
6.) In approximately six weeks you will receive
your donation back. |
